Gerakini Halkidiki is a resort villa community developed by Viya Hellas IKE. The supplied project brochure describes more than 35,000 m² of construction set among landscaped grounds and water features, with 52 villas delivered and further phases planned through late 2028.

The villa concept uses a two storey structure containing two self contained one bedroom units. The brochure specifies approximately 120 m² of combined interior space, with independent entrances, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus private terrace, porch or balcony access. Twin and triple villa configurations are presented within the project material.

Planned community amenities include approximately 2,000 m² of wellness, fitness, dining and social facilities, together with professional management, concierge support and future direct beach access. The dual unit format is intended to support flexible personal use and professionally managed rental activity.
