Strategic Advisory

Westcourt Advisory is a trusted advisory firm for principals requiring discreet, credentialed representation in complex cross-border transactions. We assume responsibility for coordinating and executing transactions while protecting our clients’ interests through every stage of the engagement.

Our services are engaged where confidentiality, jurisdictional complexity, or reputational considerations require an experienced third party to represent the transaction from mandate through to successful completion.

Our clients are qualified principals, family offices, and institutional entities who require an independent advisor to act with full authority on their behalf, absorbing counterparty exposure, managing compliance obligations, and ensuring that the principal's name and interests remain shielded throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Engagements are accepted by application only. All parties undergo verification prior to the commencement of any scope of work.

    Jurisdictional Architecture

Principals operating across multiple jurisdictions require more than legal advice, they require a coherent structural foundation that governs how their capital, identity, and interests move across borders with control, compliance, and continuity.

Westcourt Advisory designs and implements that foundation. We work alongside existing legal and tax counsel to engineer integrated frameworks that address mobility, offshore positioning, asset protection, and intergenerational continuity as a unified architecture, not a collection of isolated instruments.

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive exposure assessment, mapping the principal's existing jurisdictional footprint, identifying structural vulnerabilities, and establishing the objectives that will govern the design process.

We do not apply templated solutions. Each architecture is constructed from first principles, calibrated to the principal's specific citizenship profile, capital base, operational presence, and long-term intentions.

    • Founders, investors, and family offices operating across multiple jurisdictions
    • Principals managing cross-border capital or mobility portfolios requiring structural consolidation
    • Individuals holding or pursuing multiple citizenships requiring tax and compliance alignment
    • Entities restructuring for long-term privacy, operational control, or jurisdictional scale
    • High-net-worth individuals at a transition point, exit, relocation, inheritance, or expansion

All structures designed and implemented by Westcourt Advisory operate within the boundaries of applicable international law, tax treaty obligations, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements. We do not design or facilitate structures intended to circumvent lawful disclosure, reporting, or compliance obligations.

Westcourt works in direct coordination with the client's legal counsel, tax advisors, and financial institutions throughout the engagement. Our role is architectural and facilitative, ensuring that the structural framework is coherent, compliant, and defensible across all relevant jurisdictions.

    Retainer
A retainer is required upon execution of the Engagement Agreement and prior to any transactional work commencing. The retainer funds initial due diligence, counterparty alignment, and compliance mapping relevant to the mandate. The quantum is determined by transaction complexity and is confirmed in writing prior to execution. All engagements are governed exclusively by the terms of the executed Engagement Agreement. The information presented on this page is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or legal commitment.
    Confirmed at engagement
    Scope-Based Fee
Where the engagement involves implementation, establishment of structures, procurement of residency or citizenship, or property acquisition, a completion-based fee is applied. All fees are agreed and documented in advance. There are no variable charges or post-engagement adjustments.

    Fee Certainty
Westcourt operates on complete fee transparency as a condition of every engagement. The full fee structure, retainer and any implementation fees, is confirmed in the Engagement Agreement before any work commences.
