Wedyan is a 46-storey ultra-prime residential development by Al Ghurair Collection on the Dubai Canal, comprising just 149 residences. The collection ranges from expansive three-bedroom homes to two penthouses and a signature triplex sky villa.

Designed by Kengo Kuma, Wedyan represents the architect’s first residential project in the Middle East. Interiors feature Molteni&C and Vincent Van Duysen, with Gaggenau appliances, extensive natural stone finishes and landscaping by Gustafson Porter + Bowman.

Residents have access to approximately 65,000 sq ft of private amenities. Delivery is currently scheduled for Q1 2030.

Current project pricing in the briefing starts at AED 24.1M for three-bedroom residences, AED 32.2M for four-bedroom residences and AED 59.6M for five-bedroom residences.
